This is a paid membership feature.
Comments are a great way to make internal notes about listings that are only seen by logged in team members in your organisation.
To Comment on a Listing
1. Make sure you are logged in to My Community Directory before viewing any listing in the directory.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the listing. You will see a sub-heading that says “Comments”.
3. Click on one of the icons to describe the contact you have had eg email, in person, phone or your rating eg important, favourite (optional).
4. Write your notes (e.g. "Called to find out who the new manager is") and press Enter to post. Anybody logged in from your organisation will be able to see the comment.
To View Comments
To see all of the comments made by your team members, go to the Members Centre Dashboard, select "Tools" and the "Team Comments". On this page, you can search for comments, delete comments, or view the listing.
