Connect with your Community 


My Community Directory uses the email platform Vision6 as a means of reliable and easy email communication. It is a government approved platform used across Australia.

 

Depending on your membership level, council staff can send emails to organisations listed in their local My Community Directory. Unlimited communication features are available for Premium Council Members. Standard Council Members have limited access to the platform, with additional use available for purchase.

Sending a Message 


1. Log in to My Community Directory and go to "Tools" and then "Communicate" in the member's centre.  Please note that if you don’t have permission, you will need to find the staff member in your organisation who can give you access.



2. Take note of the conditions of use in relation to Spam and electronic communication. 


3. Download the communication guide to show you how to send a bulk email.  


4. Click on Vision6 and follow the instructions to create an email message.
