The Community Information Exchange is our database that powers the My Community Directory + Diary. The Exchange keeps our data secure using industry standards and is hosted in the Microsoft Azure Data Centre. Our data is stored in Australia!

The Access My Community App is integrated with My Community Directory + Diary and keeps you connected wherever you are. Access local services, clubs and groups and even check out events happening in your community. The App is geo-located so once downloaded you'll be connected wherever you go!


8. DOWNLOADABLE PDF COMMUNITY DIRECTORY

A downloadable and printable version of your local community directory is available for all. Because sometimes, we know people prefer a hard copy (each listing is also linked by URL, so a very handy PDF to view online). This PDF is updated and generated each night!


9. ACCESS & DOWNLOAD DATA

Create real time lists of local community information. Download services, categories or sectors from across your LGA or drill down even further and select towns or suburbs. Keep track of community services and information about clubs and groups!


10. HELP DESK SUPPORT

We have real people in our data quality team and help desk team. Our people are here to support your community reset passwords, update their listings and create diary events. We're here for you from 8am-7pm AEST. No need for Council staff to monitor, manage and respond to community groups
